Job Description

Stress Engineer

Description/Tasks

Conducts stress analysis of parts and assemblies related to structural components, equipment and systems
Prepares Structural Substantiation Reports, Statements, Test Plans and Test Reports of simple designs and their structural integration into Aircrafts
Assists in reviewing of technical drawings.
Receives close supervision and supervises no employees.
Assignments are clearly defined by the Group Leader.
No input in budgetary process.

Qualification/Experience

The major portion of the experience must be with airplanes and aviation regulations
Good knowledge of English. German and/or French would be an advantage
Computer-literate (ability to use MS Office Products (Word, Excel, etc.)
Masters Degree and two years experience in the engineering field or Bachelors Degree and two to four years related experience
